It’s viewable by going to Birmingham City Council’s planning application portal. Add the reference 2024/04265/PA, and click Search at the bottom. Click on the application number; click on View Associated Documents.

Supporters can help the campaign by writing a letter of objection about matters raised in the report. Please use your own words, which can be based on some of the points below. Send your letter, with your name and address, to planningandregenerationenquiries@birmingham.gov.uk using the planning application reference REF 2024/04265/PA.

Like Smallbrook, this is a good quality medium-rise building which could be retained and imaginatively repurposed with a fraction of the environmental impact of wholesale demolition and new build.
