zero carbon house is featured in a video made for the Making Birmingham Greener website.

Making Birmingham Greener is an initiative by the Green Commission tasked with helping to make Birmingham a greener city and reduce its carbon emissions by 60% by 2027.

One of the Commission’s key challenges has been communicating both the potential benefits to residents and businesses of achieving this ambition, and also just how much is already happening in the city.

The 15 minute film, made by Paul Bates, can also be found on YouTube: Making Birmingham Greener.  zero carbon house features in the part of the film about business and efficiency shown above.

Is there any plan to construct zero carbon houses on a wider scale, so we can begin to have a significant impact on reducing our collective carbon footprint?
