• At last paperwork is catching up with our building: SAP gives us 102 for energy efficiency & 108 for C02 – way over 92 needed for "A" rating #
• First frost of the year overnight. We harvested solar hot water at 65 deg C, and house is 21 deg C inside (21:30pm) with no heating. #
